We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Designer Outlet Liverpool. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in original condition.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Shoes must be returned without signs of wear and in their original box

Clothing items must be returned unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached

All original packaging must be included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused
Sale Items & Discounted Products
Please note that items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This policy is in place because sale items are offered at significantly reduced prices and are often final stock, making it impossible for us to restock or resell these items once returned.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and images before placing an order for discounted items.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return and confirmed that it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 working days using the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
